Responsible for delivery of all procurement KPIs for stakeholders across the organization (SLA adherence, Monthly reports, BI dashboards etc)

Develop procedures for an efficient and simplified, smooth workflow for services

Hire, train and manage new team members for delivering the agreed business services

Responsible for performance KPIs of the service teams

Develop and sustain network with internal (GCMs, CPLs, SAP CC,  IT teams etc) and external stakeholders like tool integrators and service providers

Manage internal projects which have procurement business scope in coordination with all the relevant stakeholders

Support design and testing of ongoing tool developments

Identify, develop and deliver opportunities for enhancing the scope of services of the support teams

Organize and deliver supplier performance reports on relevant tools

Monitor compliance checks on a global scale for suppliers

Responsible for tracking the performance of sustainability critical suppliers

Responsible for procurement tools (SRM, SAP (MM scope))

Ensure continuity of service delivery by managing tools and teams
